Ooo. Like, like, like. Of course I’m drawn to shades of purple and blue, but this one feels very organic and insectile both, like butterflies or mantises – both of which I adore. Love love?
I’ve only seen a praying (or is it preying?) mantis once. It was in our geraniums in Slovenia this summer. However, butterflies, I have trekked for – dragged B to see the migrating Monarchs in Mexico. I think even he was impressed when we got there!
I love the colors. And the delicacy of the patterns. the subtle blue in the background… Each time I think I’ve found my favorite, and then you surprise me with more breathtaking art. 😀 It’s delightful.

That’s really kind of you – I’m very glad you like them. I’m exposed to a lot of blue these days in those stunning sapphire-eyed cats of yours! D
I’ll use this as my desktop background now – with your permission of course!
I’d be honoured – If I can ever work out how to make a changing screen saver, I’ll make put a selection together if anyone wants it.
mmmmmm….
Are you eating something? Yesterday you were nomming and today you’re mmmmmming. By tomorrow, I suppose you’ll be burping!
OK, Missy, what’s the Irish equivalent of the sound of an appreciative low and slow groan?
“mmmmm, good” is the full deal.
Nah, no burps for you today!
Think our equivalent might be a burp….;)
